As the steel-related mining company expanded, they needed a coke conveyor. Coke is an important industrial product, used mainly in iron ore smelting, but also as a fuel in stoves and forges when air pollution is a concern.
Overview
All conveyors were designed from one sketch where only main dimensions were shown. The conveyor was equipped with safety nets and other cover plates for rotating components which suits the existing environment and is in accordance with safety standard ISO 13857. It is also automated with various sensors for safe working conditions and acquisition of conveyor operation information
