A new rock crusher (Jaw Crusher) was purchased for use in the gold mines. In order to successfully integrate the new equipment, it was necessary to create a custom-designed crusher stand and its service maintenance platforms.
Overview
Within the framework of this project, static and modal analysis was performed to evaluate the strength of the structure at a certain crushing frequency. This metal structure was manufactured according to ISO EN 1090-2 according to EXC2 class, but welding and its visual inspection were performed according to ISO 5817 Class B.
