One of the stackers had problems with the scraper conveyor type feeding system. A 3D scan was performed to allow the new design of the belt conveyor to fit the existing frame of the stacker line.
Overview
As a result, a completely new belt feeder with a hopper was designed, which worked perfectly with the existing construction, that way significantly saving the customer’s resources and obtaining maximum results.
