An automated material packaging line was set up in the peat production company. The task of SketchArt in this project was to design belt conveyors, roller conveyors, roller turntables and tipping dumpers.
The line transports peat packs from two different packing machines to an automated pallet packing machine and the conveyors are equipped with scales to control the weight of packaging, therefore eliminating the loading of defective products.
The conveyor line includes a device that rotates the package 90° to ensure that the peat packages are stacked on a pallet according to the given standards and automatic pallet movement, combined with a turntable, ensures a continuous and even flow of stacked pallets.
