The cardboard and paper factory needed their flight conveyor to be rebuilt. Over time, the existing structure of the conveyor was broken/worn out. In this case the design of the renewed conveyor was based on the current design to be able to reuse the existing components that was still in good shape – drive gear with shaft, gearbox, tension gear with axle, bearings and chain with scrapers.

Following solutions were deigned for the conveyor – the drive, tensioning, bending and middle section, as well as an improved loading section.
