We prepare clear, shop-ready manufacturing drawings so parts can be fabricated, assembled and installed without guesswork. Dimensioning follows a defined datum scheme; tolerances are realistic for the chosen process; welds, finishes and BOMs are unambiguous. Therefore, suppliers can work faster with fewer RFIs and rework.

What we produce

  • General arrangement (GA): overall sizes, interfaces, set-out datums, lifting/handling notes.

  • Assembly drawings: item balloons, BOMs, section/details, fit/clearance notes.

  • Detail drawings: part geometry, critical dims and fits, edge preps, notes for machining/welding/finishing.

  • Sheet-metal flats: flat patterns with bend tables (K-factor, radii, reliefs).

  • Profiles/plates: NC/DXF where applicable, cut lists, nesting remarks.

  • Erection/installation sheets: anchor positions, reference grids/levels, service clearances.

Methods & standards we apply

  • GD&T to ISO 1101; general tolerances to ISO 2768; weld symbols to ISO 2553; weld quality notes e.g. ISO 5817.

  • Hole/feature tables where efficient; thread and fit notation per ISO practice (e.g., H7/g6).

  • Consistent units, datums and view conventions; clear revision blocks and change notes.

  • In addition, execution/marking practices align with EN 1090 where relevant.

Inputs we need

  • Final/approved 3D CAD or our model reference, accepted datum scheme and interfaces.

  • Your title-block/template and part numbering (or we provide ours).

  • House standards (fasteners, coatings, edge radii), shop capability limits and preferred file formats.

Quality checks before issue

  • Completeness: views/sections/details, BOM matches balloons, note stack coherent.

  • Manufacturability: tolerances vs process capability; no impossible stacks.

  • Assembly logic: clash-prone details called out; sensible fits and access.

  • Identification: item marks, weld sizes, materials and coatings unambiguous.

  • Therefore, the drawing pack is buildable as-is.

File formats & data

  • PDF for release; DWG/DXF for CAM/CNC; STEP references where needed; spreadsheets for cut lists/BOMs.

  • Transmittals with issue purpose (IFR/IFC/As-Built) and revision history.

Boundaries (so expectations match)
We do not stamp/certify, produce electrical schematics or full P&IDs/pressure-vessel code packages. However, we coordinate those interfaces and reflect them in the mechanical drawings where required.
