We provide manufacturing through a vetted partner network. You get buildable data packs, coordinated fabrication, and documented quality checks. Scope covers steelwork, sheet-metal and machining, plus coatings and logistics. Therefore, parts arrive ready for installation, with traceability and as-built updates.

Manufacturing — scope and responsibilities
What we fabricate
Carbon/stainless steel fabrications and frames (cuts, prep, welding, heat-straightening)
Sheet-metal parts (laser/punch, press-brake, spot/projection weld)
Machined components (turning, milling, bores, keyways, tolerances to spec)
Guarding, platforms, chutes/hoppers, conveyor components and skids
Surface treatments: galvanising, C5 paint systems, passivation; marking/ID
How we run it
Vendor selection to fit material, tolerances and lead-time
Clear issue purpose (IFR/IFC/As-Built), revision control and transmittals
Pre-production review (open points, jigs/fixtures, welding sequences)
Manufacturing queries resolved quickly; changes logged before work proceeds
Trial fits/FAT where needed; in addition, packaging and site delivery arranged
Quality assurance (QA/QC)
Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and welding per ISO practice (e.g., ISO 3834)
Visual/Dimensional checks; optional NDT (VT/MT/PT/UT) by agreement
Coating DFT/adhesion checks to paint spec (e.g., ISO 12944 systems)
If required, coordination with EN 1090 certified fabricators for CE marking of steelwork
Inspection records and photo log; non-conformance tracking and close-out
Deliverables
Signed QA pack: certs, inspection sheets, DFT logs, weld maps (as applicable)
As-built updates to CAD/drawings; shipping list and handling notes
Packing lists and transport docs; installation/setting-out notes where relevant
Inputs we need
Approved data pack (models/drawings/specs), target dates and delivery address
House standards (fasteners, coatings), critical tolerances and inspection level
Any site restrictions: lifting limits, module size, unloading windows
Boundaries (so expectations match)
We do not act as a general contractor or perform on-site erection/HSE management. Pressure-vessel code work and notified-body stamping are out of scope. We coordinate with your EPC/site team and certified vendors where required.
