We provide an on-site engineer embedded at your office to speed up coordination and decision-making. Short, scheduled site visits cover measurements, tie-ins and commissioning support. The cadence is predictable, communication is direct, and actions move fast. As a result, progress is visible and issues are closed before they grow.

On-site engineer — scope and availability
Engagement modes
Embedded days each week at your office (fixed cadence or time-boxed sprints).
Planned site visits for surveys, fit checks, tie-ins and commissioning windows.
Remote baseline between visits for quick turnarounds and documentation.
What we do on site/in office
Capture inputs and as-built data; confirm interfaces and set-out datum references.
Resolve RFIs, apply redlines, maintain a simple change log and action list.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors (motors, gearboxes, belting, profiles).
Prepare tie-in details and erection/commissioning notes for clean execution.
After each sprint/visit, issue a concise report (decisions, measurements, photos, next actions). Therefore, everyone stays aligned.
Deliverables you receive
Updated models or mark-ups for interfaces and clearances.
Visit reports with measured coordinates/levels and photo log.
Open-points list with owners/dates; risk/issue register where needed.
Installation/commissioning checklists relevant to our scope.
Tools & methods
Work in your PDM/templates and numbering; follow your revision rules.
CAD we already use (Inventor/SolidWorks); neutral exchanges via STEP/DWG.
Measurements with calibrated tools; point-cloud capture coordinated on request.
Communication via Teams/Meet; shared trackers for actions and changes. In addition, VPN/NDA access can be set up for secure data handling.
Coverage & logistics
Scheduled presence at your office; EU travel for planned site days.
PPE and site inductions observed; work hours aligned to plant access rules.
English documentation by default; local formats/naming on request.
Boundaries (so expectations match)
We do not take over site HSE, permits or act as a general contractor. Electrical installation and certification are performed by qualified electricians; we coordinate interfaces and testing.
