At SketchArt Engineering, we design conveyor systems that keep industrial production running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Our solutions are engineered for long service life, low maintenance, and reliable performance under continuous operation.

We work across a wide range of industries, providing everything from conceptual layouts to fully detailed manufacturing drawings. Whether it’s a small-scale conveyor upgrade or a complete material handling system, our designs ensure optimal throughput and minimal downtime.

Conveyors

Our Conveyors and Conveying Technology

What we design

  • Belt conveyors — power/tension, belt selection, idlers, pulleys, take-ups, skirting/sealing.

  • Chain/drag & flight conveyors — suited to abrasive or sticky materials.

  • Screw conveyors & feeders — troughs, hangers, inlets/outlets, drives.

  • Roller/gravity lines — accumulation and packaging interfaces.

  • Bucket elevators — correct head/boot geometry for vertical lift.

  • Transfer points and chutes — liners and dust control with clean access.

Each project begins with a thorough analysis of your material type, capacity requirements, and installation environment. We combine mechanical engineering precision with practical experience to create systems that meet both operational and maintenance needs.

Engineering scope

  • Power/tension sizing; shaft/bearing life; drive and guard selection.

  • Tracking, transitions, concave/convex radii; safe stops (pull-cords, interlocks).

  • Wear allowances; FEA on critical parts where required.

  • Compliance with relevant EN/ISO guarding/safety requirements. For example, hazard gaps and pull-cord reach.

Deliverables

  • GA layouts and set-outs; fabrication drawings (DWG/DXF/PDF), STEP models, BOMs.

  • Clear interfaces to existing plant; vendor integration (motors, gearboxes, rollers, belting).

  • Installation notes and service clearances. Therefore, site work proceeds without rework.

Upgrades & retrofits

  • Spillage/carry-back reduction (skirting, cleaners, chute geometry).

  • Mis-tracking fixes and belt life improvements.

  • Throughput changes, variable-speed control and noise reduction.

  • Access platforms and guarding to current standards.

From the first concept to final production drawings, our team ensures that every detail is engineered to perform in demanding industrial conditions.
