• Floor loads, headroom, columns and obstructions

• Safety, zoning and site rules (traffic, fire routes, lock-out)

• Preferred vendors/components and standard profiles

Engineering scope

• Line balancing and equipment spacing; service/aisle widths

• Set-out dimensions and datum strategy; tolerances that installers can hold

• Interfaces to surrounding steel/structures and adjacent equipment

• Dust/noise considerations and access for cleaning

• Checks for maintainability and safe operation; in addition, practical erection sequencing

Deliverables

• GA/layout drawings (PDF/DWG), set-outs and reference grids

• Equipment lists, BOMs and interface schedules

• 3D model views for reviews; STEP where needed for vendor exchange

• Installation notes (e.g., anchor positions, lifting/handling, clearances)

Upgrades & expansions

• Debottlenecking and rerouting with minimal shutdown time

• Adding equipment to legacy lines while keeping safe access

• Layout options with pros/cons so decisions are fast and documented

Collaboration

• We can lead the layout package or act as outsourced engineering support to your team.

• Work in your templates/PDM and follow your revision control.
