We design and deliver automation for industrial equipment and lines: PLC/HMI control, drives, sensors and safety. We define the control philosophy and I/O, implement code, set up networks and drives, and commission on site. Therefore, you get stable throughput, safe operation and clear diagnostics.

Automation solution — scope and deliverables
What we automate
Conveyors and transfer points, feeders and dosing
Hoppers/chutes with level/flow control and interlocks
Fans, dust extraction and auxiliaries (start/stop, permissives)
Packaging/handling cells and tie-ins to OEM machines
Design approach
User/functional requirements (URS/FDS) and sequence of operations
I/O list, device list and alarm philosophy; clear naming and tagging
Network topology and fieldbus selection (e.g., PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus)
Hardware & software
PLC/HMI platforms commonly used in industry (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell)
Drives/servos: parameterisation, ramps, torque/position limits
Recipe handling and basic data logging where useful
Safety integration
Risk-based interlocks; E-stop circuits and guard monitoring
Performance Level to EN ISO 13849-1/IEC 62061 alignment for machine safety
Functional tests with documented results before handover
Testing & commissioning
FAT/SAT plans, loop checks and I/O verification
Ramp-up support and operator training; in addition, backups of PLC/HMI/drive configs
Stable run criteria agreed and signed off
Documentation you receive
URS/FDS, I/O and device lists, network drawings/topology
Cause-and-effect/alarms matrix and sequence charts
Final code/backups and version log; handover notes for maintenance
Boundaries (so expectations match)
We don’t deliver enterprise MES/ERP or site-wide cybersecurity architecture. Electrical installation and certification are done by qualified electricians; we coordinate interfaces and testing.
