An automated material packaging line was successfully established at a peat production facility to streamline operations and improve efficiency. SketchArt’s role in this project involved the design and implementation of belt conveyors, roller conveyors, roller turntables, and tipping dumpers. These components work together to create a seamless system for handling peat packages, ensuring precision and reliability throughout the process.
The packaging line was engineered to transport peat packs from two separate packing machines to an automated pallet packing system. To maintain quality, the conveyors were equipped with scales to monitor the weight of each package, eliminating the risk of defective products entering the supply chain. Additionally, the conveyor system features a 90° rotation device that aligns packages according to pallet stacking standards.
To further enhance efficiency, the system includes automated pallet movement integrated with a turntable, enabling a continuous and uniform flow of stacked pallets. This tailored solution ensures the entire process operates smoothly while meeting the production company’s high standards.
