A new meat processing plant was constructed to handle the processing of beef products, requiring specialized equipment to ensure efficiency and precision. SketchArt Engineering was tasked with designing overhead monorail conveyor supports, a critical component for streamlining operations within the production facility.
Overview
The project involved the careful placement of supports within the production facilities, ensuring optimal alignment with operational workflows. Our team conducted detailed design work and performed strength calculations for all structures to guarantee safety and durability.
The final construction comprised over 200 supports, each featuring unique metal profiles and varying lengths, as well as more than 600 columns of different profiles and sizes. This extensive and tailored design ensures the plant operates efficiently while adhering to strict safety and engineering standards.
