To support gold mining operations, a new Jaw Crusher was acquired to enhance productivity and efficiency. To ensure the seamless integration of this advanced equipment, a custom-designed crusher stand and accompanying service maintenance platforms were engineered. These components were tailored to the specific needs of the mining environment, ensuring durability and accessibility for maintenance and operations.
Overview
As part of the project, static and modal analyses were conducted to assess the structural strength and stability of the crusher stand under specific crushing frequencies. The metal structure was fabricated in compliance with ISO EN 1090-2, adhering to EXC2 class standards for execution. Additionally, welding was carried out with meticulous attention to detail, and all visual inspections were performed according to ISO 5817 Class B standards to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
