One of the stackers in the facility experienced persistent issues with its scraper conveyor feeding system, necessitating a complete redesign. To ensure precision and compatibility with the existing setup, a detailed 3D scan of the stacker line was conducted. This allowed for the creation of a new belt conveyor design that seamlessly integrated with the current frame structure, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.
Overview
