he replacement of an outdated two-level conveyor at an iron ore pre-processing plant was essential to improve both efficiency and reliability of operations. As part of the project, SketchArt Engineering designed and implemented a new two-level belt conveyor system, featuring three advanced chutes developed to match the plant’s specific operational requirements. This upgrade aimed to enhance material handling capacity, reduce downtime, and ensure smoother processing workflows.
Each chute was engineered with dedicated features for optimized performance: one chute included a vibrating motor to eliminate material build-up, another was equipped with a pneumatic valve for precise flow control, and the third featured a material flow divider for streamlined distribution. These custom solutions ensured efficient and flexible material transport across the system.
