With the expansion of new underground mines operating across multiple levels, ensuring safe and clean air circulation became a critical requirement. In these confined and demanding environments, air purification directly impacts both worker safety and overall mine productivity. To address this challenge, SketchArt Engineering was commissioned to design and deliver a comprehensive air purification line capable of maintaining optimal air quality under tough underground conditions.
The project scope included the development of detailed piping layouts, flanges, reducers, and cones, specifically tailored to the mine’s unique layout. Our engineering team carried out precise measurements of the underground shafts to guarantee full compatibility and avoid installation conflicts. Advanced modeling and simulation tools were applied during the design stage to predict airflow performance and ensure that the system would provide the required volume of clean air at all times.
